Be a Sponsor of BWA Gallery
Detailed obligations of the BWA Gallery in Katowice:
1. The Sponsor has the right to publish promotional matters, company’s brochures, calendars, etc., with the use of the image of the BWA Contemporary Art Gallery in Katowice and the photographs taken during the exhibitions.
2. The logotype of the Sponsor will be placed in a visible place at the entrance to the gallery.
3. The Sponsor will have the possibility to distribute the leaflets and other promotional matter in the indicated place at the gallery.
4. The gallery will ensure to the Sponsor the possibility of carrying out promotional and marketing actions on the occasion of selected exhibitions and projects of the gallery.
5. The logotype of the Sponsor will be placed in all the promotional and other printed matter published by the gallery:
— accompanying each exhibition: banner on the gallery’s building facade, catalogue/book, posters, leaflets, and invitations,
— accompanying selected exhibitions: large format banner on the market place in Katowice, city-lights in the crucial points of the city of Katowice.
6. Sponsor’s (liked) logo will be placed on the website of the gallery (www.bwa.katowice.pl) on the occasion of each exhibition and event.
7. The logo of the Sponsor will be placed in all press advertisements and on the websites of such art magazines as ‘Art&Business’, ‘Opcje’, and ‘Sztuka.pl’ (buttons, ads and banners).
8. Acknowledgements to the Sponsor for his collaboration will be given during all opening ceremonies.
9. The gallery will enable the organisation of the Sponsor’s company event at a gallery’s space (on previously determined terms and dates) joined with showing the exhibition around.
10. The BWA Contemporary Art Gallery will give the established number of tickets and invitations to the openings at the gallery to the Sponsor.
11. The gallery will give the established number of printed posters and catalogues of the exhibitions.
12. The gallery will make the informative mailing to persons and institutions indicated by the Sponsor.
13. Photographic matters from exhibitions and gallery’s spaces may be used in the PR activity of the Sponsor.
The gallery is open to widening the offer in order to meet the expectations and promotional strategy of the Sponsor.
There is also the possibility of getting the title of the:
— Sponsor of the Exhibition
— Sponsor of the Small Gallery
— Sponsor of Artistic Educational Activity.
In such cases the terms of collaboration and mutual obligations are due to separate negotiations.
The BWA Contemporary Art Gallery’s year-long media patronage includes the Internet portals: silesiakultura.pl, and NaszeMiasto.pl. We collaborate permanently with the television TVP Katowice, Polish Radio Katowice, student radio Egida, and the ‘Gazeta Wyborcza’ daily.

Promotional Offer 2011 for the Sponsor of the BWA Contemporary Art Gallery in Katowice.
Partially funding the activity of the gallery with the net amount of 50.000 zlotych (or 12.500 euro or 16.500 $), the company will get the exclusive title of the Sponsor of the BWA Contemporary Art Gallery in Katowice. The name of the Sponsor and its logotype — one and a half time larger than the logotypes of other partners — will be placed in all the promotional and printed matters accompanying the exhibitions and other events organised at the gallery.
Additionally, for the duration of the contract, the Sponsor has the right to use the title of Sponsor of the BWA Contemporary Art Gallery in Katowice in public and to use this fact during its own promotional actions.
